Meet Our Team
Lamaro Watson – Founder and CEO
Lamaro Watson is the founder and CEO of W Development Group, a privately-owned general contracting company. Lamaro founded W Development Group in 2005 and has been serving clients in Wellington, West Palm Beach, and the surrounding areas ever since. With over two decades of construction experience, Lamaro has established W Development Group’s reputation as one of South Florida’s most trusted firms. As CEO, Lamaro oversees W Development Group’s portfolio of new construction and renovations, for commercial, residential, and equestrian estate clients.
Christina Bamann – Director of Operations & Logistics
As Director of Operations & Logistics, Christina is responsible for the coordination of W Development Group’s day-to-day operations. Since joining the company in 2016, she has facilitated the successful completion of hundreds of projects. She executes the company’s strategic plan to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. Her daily responsibilities include expense control, staff management, and operational organization. Christina attended the University of Miami.
Tara Young -Director of Administrative Operations
Tara supports all administrative and operational tasks for the company. She acts as an accessible point of contact for clients for the duration of their projects. She is a Certified Public Notary and Certified Notary Loan Signing Agent. She is a graduate of Palm Beach State College.
John Basinger— Engineering Project Manager/ Logistics
With nearly two decades of project management and construction experience, John’s responsibilities include job planning, preparing RFIs and monthly job projections, directing construction personnel, and the making and tracking of schedules. He is a licensed engineer with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
